FLAVOUR PROFILE:

Strawberry first, ripe and rounded. Hibiscus underneath, tart and floral, faintly cranberry-like. The tartest of the range and the deepest in colour.

HOW TO ENJOY:

Best very cold, straight from the fridge. Gently turn the bottle before serving, as natural sediment may occur. Open slowly over a sink, the carbonation is natural and can build.

This is a naturally fermented product, so flavour, colour and carbonation may vary slightly between batches. Hibiscus is a strong natural colour, so rinse the glass rather than leaving it. Keep refrigerated.
